After fourteen years of classroom experience as a Resource Specialist, including five years as an Instructional Partner, I am entering my seventh year as a full-time Teacher Induction Mentoring Specialist (TIMS) for Special Education. I hope to continue to utilize my classroom and instructional coaching experience to facilitate the professional growth of teachers to promote student success.
