In light of the newly adopted standards for teacher induction programs, consideration of the data we collect, analyze, and report is essential to support ongoing programmatic assessment and evaluation of program components to ensure our programs are meeting the emergent development needs of our participating induction teachers. This session presents an applied framework that supports ongoing program assessment and evaluation efforts. Participants will review the applied framework, via presentation delivery, and then engage in an interactive activity where they will reflect on current methods of data collection and analysis and identify at least one key action step to enhance program evaluation and assessment practices in their respective organizations.
