What does it look like to lead with equity? A program leader from the San Mateo County Office of Education will share the concrete and explicit ways her administrative induction team has deepened their program to: 1) intentionally lead with equity and 2) engage candidates and mentors in examining their own actions, beliefs and practices and the impacts on students and adults. This session outlines the experience and growth of the candidate and the learnings of the CASC program leaders as the program continues to evolve and grow its focus on leadership for equity.
