The on-going processes for the utilization of induction resources to support new teacher learning, mentor support and training has resulted in a robust program. Ongoing coaching for program staff has increased the effectiveness and purposefulness of candidate and mentor meetings which has resulted in greater teacher retention and satisfaction.
