During this interactive session, participants will be provided with an overview of the Ceres Teacher Induction Program.  The on-going processes for the utilization of induction resources to support new teacher learning, mentor support and training has resulted in a robust program.  Ongoing coaching for program staff has increased the effectiveness and purposefulness of candidate and mentor meetings which has resulted in greater teacher retention and satisfaction. Join your colleagues for an opportunity to collaborate and share ideas for a deep and meaningful dive into induction.
