Is it even possible to have professional development 5 minutes long, layered in with interactive video, relevant questions, meaningful content and short responses in an engaging format? Microburst learning research says yes. Join us as we explore this system in the context of an Induction Program for New Adminstrators. Our layered Microburst learning has effectively been used to scaffold learning to engage Administrators as they coach new leaders. The Flipgrid structure of online collaboration within the Microburst learning structure also empowers the practitioners voice to articulate their truth with one another. Presentation delivery: Powerpoint slides, facilitated discussion, interactive session with technology.
Participants will engage with Microburst learning and respond on Flipgrid to experience part of the Induction Program Experience.
