Through presentation slides, learn how our District and Teachers Association collaborated to design a Professional Growth System to improve the quality of teaching at all levels. Understand the systematic , job-embedded robust mentoring system used to facilitate a teacher induction program that is highly individualized and aligned to the state induction standards. Presenters will facilitate a discussion centered around coaching for Equity. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or electronic device as they will have access to a digital choice board with tools to move the needle and interrupt the status quo.
