Research shows that positive relationships with students has a significant impact on learning outcomes. During this interactive session participants will learn strategies for coaching teachers to develop positive relationships with culturally and linguistically diverse students. Coaches will learn how to shift mindsets and address gaps that can get in the way of developing these relationships. Participants will be able to differentiate the use of these strategies to implement learning with their teachers to increase teacher efficacy in this topic.
