It takes a village, but getting all of the villagers to work together effectively is not a simple task. This session will focus on the realities, challenges, and power of collaboration. Examples and practical strategies for building a network of support beyond the mentor will be provided. In this session, we will share and discuss how to maximize various resources to support Induction teachers in both collective and personalized ways. How can administrators, teachers, content coaches, program specialists (ELD, SpED, GATE), and community resources connect and support in meaningful ways? Come discover and share the possibilities!
