Our students require individualized approaches to learning, why wouldn’t our teachers? Come learn how the Torrance Unified School District Induction Program restructured its coaching cycles to offer individualized support for the unique needs of their teachers. Participants will explore six different coaching cycles designed to offer a menu of choices that addresses individualized support options.
During the session, participants will have the opportunity to reflect and discuss with others. They will leave with examples that can be implemented into their own programs. Come explore the possibilities!
