As support providers, it is not uncommon for mentors to decode the language of the CSTP with their teachers. One phrase that we see throughout the CSTP is culturally responsive pedagogy (CRP). CRP is not a series of static strategies but a mindset that requires continuous learning. In this session, participants will begin to think through how to connect the CSTP to teacher practice to create a more equitable learning environment for all students.
