I am Project Director for the Educational Leadership Programs unit at the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) and work with experienced coaches and newer administrators throughout the county who participate in LACOE's Clear Administrative Services Credential Program. We provide an online- blended- learning program underscored by face-to face, customized coaching of 40 hours per year of a two-year program. We provide onsite Cohort Coaching sessions that include topics on ethical leadership, vision, inclusion, culture building, and state initiatives.
Our program is fully accredited and welcomes administrators from public, charter, private school systems within the county of Los Angeles.
