I believe we need to stop piling more tasks on teachers' plates and start supporting their social emotional needs.  If they're not healthy and feeling supported, how can we expect them to support our youth? Let's help teachers maintain a more balanced life.
Today's teaching world is definitely more challenging than it every has been, which is why it's so important to get people who don't just love their content, but "love" kids.
When I'm not on my soapbox about supporting teachers, I'm meditating, doing yoga, crafting, reading or playing with my cat. I love to ski and I'm a Peloton rider.
