I retired from the Riverside Unified School District after 36 years as a teacher and principal at all three levels. In my last five years as an Assistant Superintendent of Personnel ,I was able to focus on building the leadership capacity of school leaders. Now at the Riverside County Office of Education, I am the Clear Administrative Credential Services Program, Lead, providing an innovative program that trains coaches to better serve our leaders who are challenged by extraordinary times in our schools. I look forward to sharing one innovation part of our program that has had an impact on our leadership coaches.
